omega 3 salmon salad
Ingredients:

2 6 oz. cans wild salmon (with bones optional)
1 tbsp. light mayo
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 celery stalk – chopped
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
Preparation:
place all ingredients into a salad bowl
add mayo
mix well
enjoy on top fresh mixed green salad
